Player Studio to Launch in Game On/Before May 1st

Sony Online Entertainment has announced that it will be launching Player Studio into Landmark on or before May 1st. Player Studio will be available to North American players and to players in specific locations outside NA once it rolls out. Player Studio allows players to create in-game items that, on SOE approval, can then be sold to other players with profits being split between SOE and the creator.

Servers Down for Unscheduled Maintenance

Zenimax has announced via its service notice page that both the European and North American servers are down for an unscheduled maintenance. The regular Tuesday maintenance was not slated for today but subsequent to announcing that, servers were taken offline for an indeterminate amount of time.

Housing Speculation – Too Many Questions to Jump on the Hype Train

So, the big news in the land of Star Wars: the Old Republic, is that we're finally getting housing to play with this summer with the release of Galactic Strongholds. It's a feature that players have been requesting since before launch. Let's face it, the most readily-viable games these days for housing are ones that have a free-to-play element, because a game studio can easily monetize unlocks on top of everyone having the option of using the shop for décor items or whatever.
