6 Days to First CBT Event - New Trailer Spotlights Combat

The Albion Online team is ramping up the excitement for the start of the first closed beta event scheduled to begin on November 23rd. As part of the coverage they're providing both current and potential founders, a new video showing off the new combat system has been released. Players Invited to Create a Character in New Contest

Grandado Espada EU players are being asked to unleash their creative sides in a new contest to help bring the next NPC into the game. Players have from now through mid-January to create a character based on the game's lore and locations. There's a nice package of rewards for winning, most notably the character's inclusion in the game.

Open Beta Kicks Off Today

Webzen has announced that the ELOA (Elite Lord of Alliance) open beta has kicked off. The game's official release is slated for November 24th. Open beta testers will be able to take on the game through level 30, check out the Mud Swamp Floor dungeon and take part in PvP Blood Bath and Honor Battlefield zones in addition to 1v1 and 4v4 matches.

OpenCritic Adds Up Ranking Graphs, New Ways to See Reviews

Open Critic has announced some changes to review displays on games to further facilitate finding the best games out there according to both user and editorial reviews. The new graphs give a visual representation of the distribution of any title scored on OpenCritic and indicates where in the spectrum of all reviews it falls. Rather than simply assign a highly relative numerical score, ranking a title gives a player a better perspective on any game's overall reception.

The "Cho" player is a mighty warrior in charge of movement. The "Gall" player is the finisher and more of a ranged DPS timing specialist. "Two players, one head all sharing the same body".
