With the Player Owned Towns being implemented at the end of this month in Shroud of the Avatar, Portalarium is ready to show the Town Editor in the latest video created by the team to demonstrate how it works.

Before the live (and livestreamed) presentation for The Elder Scrolls Online at QuakeCon 2015, I had a chance to sit with Game Director Matt Firor and ask him a few questions about the game and especially the upcoming Imperial City DLC.
