Facebook Launches Dedicated PC Gaming Platform

Facebook is unleashing a dedicated PC gaming platform later today that will take the social network into new entertainment realms far beyond Farmville and other oft-mocked games. Developers using the Unity game engine will be able to publish games directly to the Facebook platform with few coding changes using the specially designed tools for integration.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds - From H1Z1 Mod to Stand-Alone Game

BlueHole has partnered with PlayerUnknown to take the H1Z1 player mod, Battle Royale, to make it into a stand alone game. Now called PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, the game will expand on the idea in new ways. Patch Arrives for PC Version on Steam & GoG

No Man's Sky Reddit user sam123bir has posted an email he received from Hello Games' Support team after reporting issues encountered in the earliest days playing. According to the response, both a PlayStation 4 and PC patch are due out next week that "should fix the most urgent and critical issues for all our players". Subsequent patches will be released after the first one.

Karazhan Returning as a 5-Player Dungeon in Patch 7.1

During Gamescom, the World of Warcraft team confirmed that Karazhan will be returning to the game in patch 7.1. Karazhan will be a 5-player dungeon that wraps up the Stormheim location in the Broken Isles, the central location of the Legion expansion.

Aeria Games has released the latest Echo of Soul content expansion called Wrath of the Goddess Episode 2.5. The update brings three new dungeons, a new PvP season, Doomspire Keep that challenges players to 50 levels of increasingly difficult monsters to fight including two dungeon bosses entering the fray simultaneously. Lastly, the Moon Festival has started with players tasked with putting Moon Queen Luna back to sleep by defeating her.
