Eden Eternal Releases New Content Update Posted: 12 Oct 2011 01:24 PM PDT Aeria Games has released a content update to Eden Eternal, which raises the level cap, introduces a new class, player housing and a pirate invasion in addition to new maps and dungeons. Players may now rent out their home, and customize it to their own liking. Additionally, the level cap has been raised to 60. The new class is called the Templar, and players will have the opportunity to learn it across several new areas as well. Aeria Games also publishes Shaiya, Last Chaos and Grand Fantasia. It promises mobility and instant cast abilities, crowd control and protection, massive ranged area-of-effect damage, and a special ability to freeze enemies in place while causing large amounts of damage. The job is available via quest to players over level 40, and comes with the “Soul Taker” weapon, which drains health and mana from foes. Ntreev also publishes Trickster Online and Pangya. Metin 2 Launches Devil’s Catacomb Update Posted: 12 Oct 2011 12:21 PM PDT Metin2 has launched the Devil’s Catacomb update today. The new dungeon is for level 75 and higher characters and is located in the Forbidden Temple. The dungeon itself offers seven levels to explore, with only one hour to complete the remainder after the first is cleared. New items are introduced, which include eight new helmets, a new shield, three new accessories amongst other things. Players who defeat the final boss of the dungeon receive a mystic basket which provides a large amount of experience and gold, amongst other possible drops. New marble items, which function much like mystery boxes, are being introduced, which offer items to players that have not been previously available through mystery boxes. New background music is being introduced in several areas as well that will help improve the ambiance for several places. Lastly, upgrade effects are being brought in. Several colors will be available: violet, sky-blue, green and yellow, and black and red.
