Reality Rift and Chaos Bolt are core skills of Chaos Knight. With low mana, Chaos Knight could not afford his ulti at level 6, which would make his ulti useless. By contrast, level 4 Reality Rift and Chaos Bolt are superior, so I get Phantasm at Lv10 and Lv11. Some people prefer get stats at Lv12 instead of Chaos Strike, coz this skill is meaningless without decent weapons and armors.
