| Closed beta date announced for Blacklight Retribution Posted: 05 Oct 2011 03:05 PM PDT Perfect World Entertainment has announced that its upcoming MMOFPS, Blacklight Retribution, will begin closed beta testing on November 10, 2011. Players who have applied for closed beta will be admitted in waves to allow for focused testing. Blacklight Retribution is developed by Zombie Studios, and has won several awards from the press, including “Best Multiplayer” and “Most Valuable Game.” It is the second out-of-house developed game that Perfect World Entertainment will release to its gamers (the first being Rusty Hearts). Currently, there are three options to choose from, with more to be released at a later date. The pets offer various attacks and buffs that get stronger as they are fed and grow. How the pets are treated will also affect their development as well.
