US Graduates Create a RTS Touch Screen Game 'Fleet Commander'

With the popularization of such touch screen devices as iPhone and iPad, some graduates from the University of Illinois at Chicago in USA created a multi-user RTS touch screen game called "Fleet Commander". Being played on a 20-foot wide LCD multi-touch wall, Fleet Commander abandons the common game control mode of "keyboard + mouse", and empowers players to fight each other with the help of touch-based menus. Players are able to control their ships through simple touch gestures, like moving, shooting or dispatching small spaceships.
