| Pokemon Go - Updated Gyms Today, Raiding Coming in the Next Few Weeks Posted: 19 Jun 2017 07:11 AM PDT Beginning today, Niantic will begin rolling out a big new (and much welcomed) addition to Pokemon Go. After closing Poke Gyms last week, they will reopen today with big new changes including the ability for players to house up to six of their Pokemon in friendly gyms.   |

Sure, occasionally you might see a speed hacker, or evade spammer, or teleporter show up in your reddit feed, maybe a dozen a year if you're lucky, but generally its kept very much in check and under control by the GMs and developers. Recently though, a problem has been growing in both severity and in number with the rise of AFK farming on the new living world maps.   |

The ad is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for server technology to bring Diablo 2, StarCraft and Warcraft 3 to a new generation of players. The ad cites "evolving operating systems, hardware and online services" as barriers to be overcome to allow loyal fans and new players to enjoy the three.   |
| Secret World Legends - Kiss of the Revenant ARG Begins Countdown to Launch Posted: 19 Jun 2017 05:03 AM PDT In preparation for the launch of Secret World Legends, Funcom has started a new "alternate reality game", or ARG, called Kiss of the Revenant. Players will be challenged to solve puzzles and mysteries that give players an opportunity to check out a tragic love story along the Savage Coast. By participating in decryption of the clues and performing a ritual, players will craft and exclusive set of weapons that can be used in SWL when it launches.   |
| Final Fantasy XIV - YoshiP on Duty World Issues in NA Posted: 18 Jun 2017 01:26 PM PDT A pair of issues have cropped up on North American servers and Game Director Yoshida has gone on record via the Final Fantasy XIV forums to let players know that the team is aware of and working to solve them. The problems are being caused by high stress load and congestion.   |
