Elite: Dangerous - Carrie Fisher to be Memorialized in Next Update Posted: 30 Dec 2016 05:20 AM PST Executive Producer Michael Brookes has taken to the Elite: Dangerous forum to let players know that the late Carrie Fisher, best known for her portrayal of Leia Organa in the Star Wars movies, will be memorialized in the next update. A new outpost called "Fisher's Rest" will be added in patch 2.3 when it is released. |

- Has the Game Industry Jumped the Shark? Posted: 29 Dec 2016 08:00 AM PST As I look into 2017, the landscape is just not what we have seen in recent years. Games continue to build, but the trend for the next year is going in very different directions from the past. Indie games will continue to push through but overall, there seems to be a lot missing from our normal New Year game menu. |
