MMORPG user Sludgebeard has created a video about his impressions of the gameplay shown during yesterday's Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen livestream event. He spends about a half hour discussing what the developers have revealed about the game as well as what he sees during the action scenes.

ChronoBlade is the latest mobile release from NetMarble, a side-scrolling online Action RPG, you may remember ChronoBlade from when it was in a limited testing period as a browser-based MMO. It's undergone a lot of changes since then, and is nearing launch worldwide. Apart from having a fully-fleshed out narrative, the NetMarble guys have hired an all-star voice cast and we caught up with the team to chat about the game and its casting.

TESRenewal, the team at work creating Skyblivion with the Skyrim builder tools, has released a brand new trailer to show the most recent progress on Return to Cyrodiil. The team is looking forward to 2017 and continuing its work on the project that includes focused effort on quests, scripting, an Oblivion-inspired UI and much more.

Hex: Shards of Fate - Chronicles of Entrath Chapter 2 Released

The PvE component of Hex: Shards of Fate has been released that brings the new Ranger class into the game. Players also have a higher level cap to work with as well as a new nautical campaign containing unique talent trees and abilities.

Heroes of the Storm - Winter Veil to Return on December 14th

Heroes of the Storm players will be able to take part in the annual Winter Veil holiday celebration. Beginning on December 14th and running through January 3rd, the event offers players a chance to win a permanent Treasure Goblin Mount for playing twenty-five games. Special items will also be available for sale in the in-game store.

Between this year's Game Awards and the PlayStation Experience conference, there was no shortage of exciting RPG news. Even among heavy hitters inside and outside the RPG world, what stood out most was a new game from a new studio: Dauntless, the first game by Phoenix Labs. H1Z1 - Just Survive Isn't (Un)Dead

H1Z1 used to be one game, but it split into two over the course of development - the competitive flavored King of the Kill, and the MMORPG survival Just Survive. The latter has been slow in receiving updates, leading some to believe it was forgotten. Now it has a new game director and big plans for the next year. Bloomberg is reporting that CCP's owners are "exploring strategic options" to remain solvent including possible sale of the business to potential bidders. This is "according to people with knowledge of the matter" says the report.
