Riders of Icarus - Hands On with Rift of the Damned Posted: 20 Sep 2016 07:00 AM PDT Rift of the Damned, Riders of Icarus' next big content update is set to drop on September 28th. Along with a whole new zone, new quests, a new dungeon, and new mounts it'll also raise the level cap to 40, putting the NA version of the game one step closer to its Korean forebear. We've been dabbling with a level 40 Berserker on the test server and saw a lot of the new content in the process. |

Moonlight Blade Fan-Created Story Cinematic Released Posted: 20 Sep 2016 04:34 AM PDT YouTube's SaitoVidz has released a fan-created story cinematic trailer for Moonlight Blade Online that tracks the Zhen Wu story. SaitoVidz provided all the voice work for the game that is currently not available in the West, though is likely to make it this direction with TenCent behind its publication. Curt Schilling Et Al to Settle Part of 38 Studios Lawsuit Posted: 19 Sep 2016 03:06 PM PDT Curt Schilling, three other defendants and Starr Indemnity & Liability Co. have agreed to "participate" in their part of a $2.5M settlement filed by the State of Rhode Island . The settlement will still need court approval. The lawsuit was filed after 38 Studios failed to make a $1.1M interest payment and subsequently declared bankruptcy a month later. According to the published report, Rhode Island has recouped approximately $45M of the $75M in bonds issued at the time of the loan. |

Take Guild Wars 2 as a prime example, it has dungeons, raids, fractals, structured PvP, World versus World, open world events, living world and seasonal events. |
Guardians of Ember - Early Access to Begin in the Second Half of October Posted: 19 Sep 2016 10:39 AM PDT The Guardians of Ember Steam page has been updated with the news that Early Access will be ready to launch by the latter half of October. This is a slight delay but the team needed a bit more time to complete several internal tasks. In addition, the IndiGoGo campaign will also continue through October 10th and if a $20,000 funding goal is met, the Iron Man feature will make it into the game. |

Runescape - 2017 Will Mark the Year of the Expansion Posted: 19 Sep 2016 09:06 AM PDT During this past weekend's Runefest, Jagex made several big announcements, most notably that the company is bringing the expansion mentality into RuneScape. Starting in 2017, every three months, RuneScape will have a new area or region added to the game, something developers are calling a "new substantial part of the world map" and each will place an emphasis on exploration and discovery. |
