With 12,000 reviews in the last month pushing the game's review scores into the negative, Chris shares his take on the questionable actions of Studio Wildcard. |
No Man's Sky - Pre-Release Hype Not a 'Great PR Strategy' Sony Boss Says Posted: 16 Sep 2016 08:54 AM PDT During the Tokyo Game Show, Eurogamer interviewed Sony president Shuhei Yoshida about the release of No Man's Sky and its possible impact on Sony. While shrugging off the game's rocky start as not having much of an effect overall on Sony, Yoshida did indicate that the game was fun but that criticism of Hello Games and Sean Murray specifically is warranted. Without a public relations person assisting Murray, the situation was not a "great PR strategy". |

Vikings - Ready to Compete for the Hearts & Minds of ARPG Players Posted: 15 Sep 2016 01:00 PM PDT Vikings: Wolves of Midgard is an upcoming ARPG from Kalypso media. Set in the era of the Vikings, both on Midgard and into the realms of Norse myth, Wolves of Midgard aims to compete with the likes of Diablo for the attention of PC and console gamers in early 2017. We went hands on with the game at PAX West. Did it enrapture Bill's inner most desire to be a bearded Viking braving the cold and downing mead? |
