Erectus the Game: Set to Launch Three New Game Worlds

Erectus the Game is ready to launch and will do so with three separate game worlds, one each in German, Dutch and English. Launch day for the Dutch server will be on August 8th; the English server on August 11th and the German server on August 15th.

Trinium Wars: Removed from Steam, Servers to Close on August 31st

Trinium Wars has been removed from Steam and all game servers will be shutting down permanently on August 31st according to a statement from Frederike Striecker. Players who had purchased the Deluxe or Collector's Edition of the game will receive a free key to the next title while owners of the Starter Edition will receive 25% in compensation for the shut down.

The Overwatch Grand Finals are bringing eSports to the masses when they will be broadcast on North America's TBS, one of the largest cable networks. Turner Broadcasting has partnered with eLeague to host the $300,000 tournament. Regional playoff rounds will take place in August with the Grand Finals to be held in September.

WildStar: Redmoon Rising Dungeon Preview, Debuts August 17th

The WildStar site has been updated with a preview of the Redmoon Rising dungeon that will be heading into the game on August 17th. The preview gives a nice stack of lore that includes what can be called nothing less than space pirates headed up by the risen captain, Ish'amel. Other characters of note include Swabbie Ski'li, Robomination, the Redmoon Engineers, and Mordechai Redmoon.

Livelock: First Impressions of Tuques? Debut
