Dark and Light, as many of our loyal readers may remember was an insanely ambitious MMORPG that launched in 2006, flopped, and was shut down in 2008. There was a load of controversy surrounding the title back then, ultimately leading to the original developer (NPCube) and publisher (Farlan Entertainment) closing quietly after lawsuits filed by VWorld LLC.

Pokemon Go: New Jersey Homeowner Files Lawsuit Against Niantic

A New Jersey homeowner has filed a lawsuit against Niantic and Nintendo for placing a Pokestop on his property without his consent. The man alleges that several players have approached his door to ask for access to his backyard. The suit seeks to become a class action where the New Jersey resident will represent a collective group if the lawsuit proceeds.
