General: Nova Crystallis: A Final Fantasy-Based TCG in the Works

At the Japan Expo, Square Enix revealed that a new trading card game based on the Final Fantasy IP is in the works. Called Nova Crystallis, the game was revealed in the video below. We'll keep you posted as more is revealed.

Atlas Reactor: Trion Kicks Off Free Week-Long Event

Trion has announced that a week long Atlas Reactor event is ongoing from now through July 17th. Anyone is eligible to log into the game during the upcoming week plus and check out the two new freelancers, the first pass at the ranking system and much more. Hello Games' Twitter was updated a short time ago with a "groupie" of the development team behind No Man's Sky. According to the Twitter post, NMS has now officially gone gold and is speeding to release on August 9th. Originally set to be released at the end of June, the six week delay was announced in May.

General: Windward ? Sandbox Fun on the High Seas

The best way to describe Windward would be as a combination of Sid Meier's Pirates! and a sort of sandbox MMO. You can play the game singleplayer or online with a bunch of other players and the game worlds are all procedurally generated at creation. I haven't sunk a whole lot of time into the game just yet, but there are definitely a breadth of activities and gameplay styles to pursue on offer.
