Despite some solid responses from the Black Desert Online community, I thought it was a particularly strange subject to raise and one that unearthed a variety of preconceived ideas as to what Black Desert Online is and what it's offering. |

Pokemon Go: Users Lose Legal Rights in ToS Unless They Opt Out Posted: 18 Jul 2016 06:29 AM PDT According to The Consumerist, up to very recently, Pokemon Go players signing the ToS have given up their right to file any sort of lawsuit against Niantic Labs for any reason. The clause strips away a user's right to file an individual lawsuit or to join a class action lawsuit under any circumstance. There is, however, good news in a way in that players can opt out of the prohibition by writing directly to the company. |
Pokemon Go: Mistaken for Burglars, Two Teens Playing PG Fired Upon Posted: 17 Jul 2016 10:16 AM PDT A Florida man fired on two teenagers who were wandering his neighborhood in the wee hours of the morning while playing Pokemon Go. No one was injured in the encounter where the shooter felt that a burglary was imminent after hearing one say, "Did you get anything?" The man stood in front of their car with his firearm asking them to stay put but they sped off. The man fired after the car believing they had tried to run him over. |
