Riders of Icarus: Closed Beta 3 Thoughts

W've been dabbling in the closed beta of Riders of Icarus since its first iteration. Each time, Nexon's latest MMORPG has improved. But is Riders of Icarus (a port of the popular theme park MMO in Korea called Icarus Online) more than "Just Another Theme Park MMO"? Overwatch: Blizzard 'Keeping an Eye on' Console Cross Platform Play

When asked whether or not there would be cross platform play, @PlayOverwatch, the official Overwatch Twitter account, responded by saying that there were none at this time, though the development team would be keeping an eye on console cross platform play. It is possible that XBox One and PlayStation 4 players could take one another on in Overwatch, but there are no plans for PC and console cross play due to "balance and competitive issues".

General: Revelation Online Moving West with My.com

My.com has announced that it will be handling the Westernized version of Revelation Online. While no specific date has been announced for release, the game is generally revealed to be opening in late 2016. Interested parties can head to the My.com site to sign up for beta testing when it's ready to kick off in the coming months.

The Division: Underground Expansion Release Date Leaked

The release date for the next expansion to The Division was leaked by both German and British Amazon sites. According to a user Twitter post, XBox One players will be able to preload The Underground on June 25th with the actual release hitting live service on June 28th. Underground is the first of several announced expansions and, as the name indicates, sends players beneath the city streets to prowl a maze of tunnels.

General: Final Fantasy XII - HD Remaster for PS4 in the Works

Square Enix has announced that a remastered version of Final Fantasy XII is being prepared for a 2017 release on PlayStation 4. Set to be titled Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, the title is an updated version of the original 2006 release on PlayStation 2. At this time there is no word on whether or not other platforms will be included in the release.

Perfect World Entertainment is bringing Dynasty Warriors to mobile devices. During this month's E3, attendees will be able to try out both an iOS and an Android versions of Dynasty Warriors Mobile, based on the Koei Tecmo franchise.
