General: Dark Brotherhood Second Impressions

I never played the single player Elder Scrolls games (I know its blasphemy). So I'm not incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the Dark Brotherhood. I knew what they were, a guild of assassins, killing those who were marked for death. After going through this new DLC for The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel Unlimited I have a much deeper understanding for what they do and what they are. They're called Dark Brotherhood for a reason, this DLC is fantastically dark.

Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen: Laying the Foundation for Testing in Late 2016, Early 2017

The May edition of the Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen newsletter has been published that reveals a bit of what the team has been working on over the preceding thirty days. Much of what is being done is to lay the foundation for testing that the team is hopeful to begin at the end of 2016 or early in 2017.

The Diablo 3 site has been updated with a new compilation guide to all things v2.4.1, considered by many to be a game changer. In addition to gems being updated and overhauled, players can now search out and find new transmog items and pets as well as portrait frames and other things.

TERA: Secrets & Shadows to Be Released May 17th

TERA players will be able to check out the new Ninja class with the release of the Secrets & Shadows update on May 17th. In addition, flying mounts will enter the game, two new story-based dungeons and the continuation of the story line that left off at the end of Fate of Arun.

The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a new article that explains what the removal of Veteran Ranks means to players. The team gives a look at the design reasons for the removal before giving players an idea of what to expect once the Dark Brotherhood DLC goes live in the near future.

Mass Effect: Andromeda: Release Delayed to 'Early 2017'

Bioware has posted a new blog article that gives players a bit of crucial information about the game and what developers are hoping to bring to Mass Effect: Andromeda. As a result of these ambitions, the release date for the game has been moved from Q4 2016 to "early 2017".

World of Warcraft: Legion Alpha Ending, Beta Coming May 12th

World of Warcraft developer Ion Hazzikostas is on hand on a Twitch.tv stream right now and has announced that the Legion alpha is ending and that a huge new wave of invites will be sent out and that beta will be starting on Thursday, May 12th 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern. The alpha will end over the next 24 hours with a full server wipe before the start of beta. It will be a stress test of sorts with people hammering the Broken Shore.

TERA: Secrets & Shadows Brings the Ninja and Flying Mounts

By this time next Tuesday, TERA's latest update will be upon us. Called Secrets & Shadows, the latest content update for TERA brings the new Elin Ninja class, new dungeons, new story-based quests, and yes... flying mounts. We had a chance to take a peek at the update before it hits the live servers, and came away with these thoughts.

Crowfall: Healed to Death

A few days ago Artcraft gave us a nice preview of the Druid's powers and UI. It's fairly deep, especially considering how early in the development the concept is. I was excited to read about the duality mechanic and while I still love the concept, half of it didn't quite live up to my expectations.
