Black Desert Online: The Way Forward for a Genre Posted: 06 Apr 2016 04:02 PM PDT For the past six weeks, Bill Murphy has been whiling away too many hours in Black Desert Online. Though he's nowhere near his goal of level 50, it's high time he sticks a fork in this review process and puts a score to Daum Games and Pearl Abyss' open world MMORPG. Where will the magic number land? Read on for our final review. |

The Division: The Ban Hammer Looms for PC Users Posted: 07 Apr 2016 02:08 AM PDT PC users with a proclivity to hack or cheat while playing the Division will want to take notice of some new measures going into place. Players will gain access to a report command that will flag an account for review. According to community team member Yannick Banchereau, a first offense will result in a 3-day suspension without warning and a second offense will see players permanently banned. |

World of Warcraft: Nostralrius Server Issued Court Order to Close Shop Posted: 05 Apr 2016 05:24 PM PDT Blizzard's international law firms have sent notification to OVH, a local French server host, and to those who administrate Nostralrius, a World of Warcraft private server, that documents are being prepared for legal proceedings if the server is not shut down. As a result, the administrators of the private server have informed their players that Nostalrius Begins PvP, Nostalrius Begins PvE & Nostalrius TBC will all be shuttered on April 10th. |

General: Consortium - The Tower - Funding Project Begins Posted: 06 Apr 2016 03:30 PM PDT Interdimensional Games has picked up some big name support for its crowdsourcing campaign being managed at Fig. Called The Tower, the RPG that developers have described as "Deus Ex Meets Die Hard" has picked up buckets of support from Bioware co-founder Dr. Greg Zeschuk who is not only an investor, but is throwing his full support behind the title. |
EverQuest II: Scourge Keep Profiled as Part of Game Update 100 Posted: 06 Apr 2016 01:20 PM PDT |
EVE Online: Chronicles of a New Eden - War is Coming Posted: 06 Apr 2016 08:16 AM PDT The Imperium has finally done it. Through systematic aggression and alienation against the entirety of the EVE community, The MIttani, Goonswarm, and greater Imperium allies have somehow managed to find themselves in an all versus one war that will, god willing, dwarf any conflict that has happened in EVE Online to date. |

Posted: 05 Apr 2016 03:40 PM PDT It's my belief that soloing a game is something more and more people seem to take for granted. I understand the want to keep progressing at a fairly nice pace, but at what cost? Soloing allows you to develop your skills and fully understand whatever game you're playing. Back when I made my first wizard in 2013, I made a conscious effort to solo as much as I possibly could. |
Neverwinter: 60 to 70 Leveling Path to Become Less Grindy Posted: 06 Apr 2016 11:09 AM PDT A short post has been published on the Neverwinter site that should be encouraging to those in the level 60-70 range. In it, the team acknowledges that the leveling experience in this range is too "grindy" as compared to the experience of 1-60. As a result, several key changes will be implemented soon. |
Wizard101: New Daily Assignments Arrive In Game Posted: 06 Apr 2016 10:03 AM PDT Wizard101 players have a neat new system to try out with today's addition of the Daily Assignment feature. Each day, players are tasked with wandering the Spiral in search of enemies to defeat. Doing so will earn a reward with the fifteenth day providing the most lucrative reward before starting the cycle over again. Players can earn Crowns, the game's premium currency, gold, Arena Tickets and more. |
