Mass Effect: Andromeda: Video Emerges from Late 2014 Build

NeoGaf has once again uncovered a bit of Mass Effect: Andromeda information, this time with a pair of gif images from a late 2014 build. The images came from a video that has since been taken down, with only these remaining. The most notable part of the video is the jet pack ability that was previously announced in addition to locations and vehicles that have likely significantly changed in the past 15 months.

Trove: Cubit Rewards Tracked With The New Star Bar

Trove players have a new interface addition called the Star Bar. The Star Bar keeps track of how many Cubits the player can earn in Trove. Dungeons and Lairs will reward Cubits for completion. On entering one, a pop up will appear to tell players how many they have earned and will earn by completing the instance. When the Star Bar is filled, Cubits will pay out.

Black Desert Online: Future Content Teased In Korean Developer Event

PearlAbyss and Daum were on hand during a Korean press event to reveal forthcoming content additions for Black Desert Online. The new content will first be implemented on Korean servers, but it is likely that it will also arrive for other version at some indistinct point in the future.

Shards Online: Pre-Alpha Backers Invited to Check Out v0.3.3

Shards Online pre-alpha backers are being invited to helps test out the Catacombs and the latest build of the game. Players will be able to check out Catacombs levels 1-2 which includes level 2 "rearranging" itself every few hours to include different traps, monsters, and loot.

Defiance: 3rd Anniversary Armistice Event Begins

As part of the third anniversary celebration for Defiance, Armistice Day has kicked off and will run through April 25th. During the event, players will be able to take part in several Arkfalls including Midsummer Mutiny, Hulker Hell, New Frontier Harvest, Solstice Strike and Colony Courtship.

Fans of Titan Quest will be happy to hear that the loved ARPG will be heading to iOS devices on May 19th and shortly after for Android devices. Titan Quest was originally released by Iron Lore Entertainment in 2006 and now DotEMU is working to bring the game to mobile devices.

Black Desert Online: Why BDO's PvP Isn't as Imbalanced as You Think

If there's one piece of criticism I continually see popping up around Black Desert Online, it's that the PVP is horribly imbalanced due to "power creep". No matter how much you play, you'll never catch up to the top 1% who have already invested significant chunks of time and energy into forging all the best gear and pushing beyond the soft level cap of 50. Now, reading that, this is usually followed up with "You should probably not even bother trying." But here's where I disagree.
