World of Tanks: Evolving Again on the PS4

With World of Tanks' PS4 release looming, the Midwestern branch of the Wargaming.net empire is cranking away on the game, making sure it's all that it should be. I visited the Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore office recently and discovered that having found their feet with the 360 and Xbox One versions, the team exudes confidence about the PS4--so much so that despite the demands of crunch, they had time to talk and show off their hard work.

Rappelz: Epic IX Part 3 to be Released in February

Webzen has announced that Rappelz will be updating on February 2nd with the latest content expansion, Epic IX Part 3. Players will be treated to a new token from a special quest line that allows access to a new dungeon called Remains of the Ancients.

Black Desert Online: Second CBT Dated + New Standalone Character Creator

Daum Games has announced that the second closed beta event will kick off on February 18th with Explorer and Conqueror pack owners automatically able to participate. In addition, a new standalone character creator is available as of today. Characters created with the new tool will be able to be imported into Black Desert Online on launch and to CBT2 as well.

This past week we got a solid look at Blade & Soul from NC Soft. The game launches on January 19th, 2016 here is North America and many of you may have been playing in the betas. Blade & Soul has had great success in Korea, China, and Japan over the last few years and continues to draw fans with its heavy action combat style of play. The team also has a very aggressive post launch schedule for 2016 which we will go into below.

General: Iron Maiden to Release Mobile RPG 'Legacy of the Beast'

Iron Maiden, the heavy metal band, has announced that it will be releasing a free to play Android and iOS mobile RPG that is said to be "action-packed". The game is based on three decades' worth of music and artwork as seen on album covers. By all reports, the game will feature recordings of unreleased music.

Diablo 3: v2.4 Review - Fun But Flawed

After spending several hours exploring the new update, the question becomes what 2.4 brings to the average Diablo 3 player: A lot of lag for console players from what I understand. I play on PC so I have not experienced this, but there have been wide reports by players on all available consoles that this is a huge problem. Beyond that, there are a lot of things that are pretty fun, but outrageously frustrating at times as well.

ARK: Survival Evolved: No Room at the Inn or Anywhere Else For XBox One Players

There's no question that ARK: Survival Evolved is a hugely popular title for XBox One players. One only has to look at the fact that most PvE and PvP servers are packed to the rafters, nearly 400 combined. With that in mind, today's patch deployment to bring XB1 up to the same version as PC also comes with the announcement that more servers are incoming.

World of Warships: Rebuild the Japanese Destroyer, Kamikaze, in New Campaign

World of Warships players have a new campaign to participate in with today's launch of Project R. Players earn "pearls" for participating in Project R that can then be used to purchase parts that will ultimately lead to building the legendary Japanese destroyer, Kamikaze.
