Skyforge is getting ready to embark on open beta testing in about a week and is asking players to log in today until 6:00 am Pacific / 9:00 am Eastern tomorrow to help stress test the servers.

Square Suspending Sales, Offering Refunds for Mac Version

Square Enix has suspended further sales of the Mac version of Final Fantasy XIV and is also offering refunds to those who wish one. Additionally, those who purchased game cards for subscriptions and who are determined to be using a Mac license will have their purchase refunded.

Loot Hero DX Arrives on Steam

VaragtP Studios has announced the release of its retro-inspired RPG, Loot Hero DX, on Steam. This is the second game in a series that began in 2014 with the original Loot Hero. Developers call it an RPG grind-fest with progressively harder enemies standing in the way but with great reward for the risk.

New Mule System Detailed

The Pathfinder Online site has been updated with a new blog post to tell players about the new mule system. Players can craft saddlebags to get their first mule that begins with a relatively small inventory and encumbrance level, but one that can be increased over time. Mules attacked by other players are considered an attack on the player. Mules reaching 0 HP will sit down and be free for the taking. Player death also frees the mule that can then be claimed by any other player in the area.
