Guild Wars 2: The Gates of Maguuma Trailer Teases Season 2 Posted: 23 Jun 2014 03:41 PM PDT ArenaNet has posted a new trailer to get players interested and exited about Guild Wars season 2. Season 2 will officially begin on July 1st. Players will be working with old friends including Marjory, Kasmeer, Rox, Braham and Taimi to discover what the mysterious disturbance in Brisban Wildlands is all about. |
The Secret World: Investigate This Posted: 23 Jun 2014 04:45 PM PDT I recently had the most meta experience of my entire gaming life. There I was, relaxing after the insanity of E3 and ready to settle into The Secret World's Tokyo. Then I learned, you need to earn access to get there. It makes sense, they don't want any noob to just wander in. So I started doing a bit of research. I had two options. The first and possibly most popular was to do scenarios. They aren't really my thing though, so I opted for the second way. |

Diablo 3: Hands-On with the PS4 Version Posted: 22 Jun 2014 04:44 PM PDT Although I really enjoy Diablo 3, I must admit that I have a particular bias towards the PC version, simply because of my preference for playing action RPGs with a mouse and keyboard. I play it almost exclusively multiplayer, however, and have thought at times that the experience could benefit from some couch co-op once in a while. |
General: Legion of Heroes: Rethinking Mobile MMORPGs Posted: 22 Jun 2014 04:37 PM PDT Upcoming free to play new mobile MMORPG Legion of Heroes aims to sate MMORPG hunger on the go with its upcoming release on mobile devices. The game is set for release on both iOS and Android devices. I spent some time with the game's closed beta recently on a tablet running Android 4.4.3. So how does it play? It might take some getting used to, but it could surprise some players in a good way. |
Divinity: Original Sin: Feature Trailer Paves the Way for June 30th Posted: 23 Jun 2014 09:07 AM PDT As Divinity: Original Sin sits on the edge of its final release, the team behind the "old school" RPG has released a terrific new trailer to show off the features shipping with the game. Players can expect a non-linear campaign, a massive interactive world, a robust character creation system, a huge variety of skills and spells, and, last but not least, the Divinity Engine Toolkit that allows players to create their own unique campaigns. Check it out! |
Guild Wars 2: Ready to mount up? Posted: 22 Jun 2014 04:27 PM PDT Guild Wars 2 isn't always serious. There are plenty of ways for players to goof off with large collections of minis, or throwing food at others while wearing a costume! Players have even spent a lot of time mastering the instruments, playing songs for the digital world to hear! Players have done all of these things, even while wearing Charr plush backpacks! Ya, the game has some pretty silly things, but why do so many people get mad when you mention adding mounts to the gem store? |
