Lego Minifigures Online: You Got Diablo in My LEGO! Posted: 25 Mar 2014 05:05 PM PDT The team at Funcom was able to meet with us about their new MMO at GDC. It was not crazed wizards and hardy barbarians, nor was it wild factions hiding magic in today's society. It was LEGO. LEGO Minifigures Online captures what is so much fun about action RPGs and online worlds in a game that both adults and kids will enjoy. Executive Producer Lawrence Poe was on hand to explain working in the LEGO world. |

Most notably in Release 4, players will experience combat, check out the new map system, ten scenes along with attendant quests, and more. |
Torchlight 2: Co-Founders Leaving Runic Games Posted: 25 Mar 2014 07:01 PM PDT Runic Games co-founders Erich Schaefer and Travis Baldree are both leaving the studio that created Torchlight and Torchlight II. According to a forum post, the pair leave in good stead and will continue working together in new ventures. They have plans to pursue smaller development where, as Baldree put it, they can "wear many, many hats performing many, many different kinds of tasks." |

Elder Scrolls Online: My Endgame is Not Your Endgame Posted: 24 Mar 2014 07:51 PM PDT The term "endgame" has become a contentious one, with people arguing the definition. Part of the issue is when people think that an MMO should have certain things and fit a certain definition. Others choose to focus upon what a game in particular "lacks" rather than what it has to offer. With The Elder Scrolls Online, this has also been the case. Yet ESO's offerings for higher level players offer some fitting choices. |

World of Tanks: Hands On with the iOS Edition Posted: 24 Mar 2014 07:21 PM PDT This past week at GDC we had the chance to meet with Victor Kislyi from Wargaming.net. There are a lot of updates coming to World of Tanks in the coming months, the best of which is bringing the game to mobile platforms. Wargaming.net really does dominate that tactical warfare MMO like no one else. We have enjoyed years of World of Tanks and now with a graphical upgrade and tablets coming around the corner it was great to hear what the team is working on. |
