It seems a hotfix went into effect tonight in the Heroic 25 man version of Spine of Deathwing that reduced the health of the parts of the encounter. There is no any screenshots to share yet because guilds are being secretive until the boss is down, but several sources have confirmed this information.

Earlier some time, someone slipped up and it has been leaked on a European site with a video that the Mesmer will be the final class you are waiting for, but now the video has been removed from that site. This is not an illusion since ArenaNet confirmed the information at the tweet.
