Right after the new Samurai class was added into Eden Eternal (TW), or Finding Neverland Online, yet another major content update is being previewed for the game. First off, the Ranger class will be added. This advanced class requires a level 65 base character, level 60 Hunter and level 60 Martial Artist. NCsoft looking to buy Trickster Online developer

Posted: 08 Jul 2011 09:00 AM PDT

According to foreign reports, Korean mega MMO developer and publisher, NCsoft, is in talks to take over developer Ntreev Soft. Ntreev Soft is well-known in the online gaming world as the developer of hit games including Trickster Online, Pangya and more recently, Alicia in Korea. The decision apparently stems from NCsoft's top brass looking to enter the casual games market, which the mega company has failed so far to try breaking into.

With NCsoft recently starting a new baseball team (the most popular sport in Korea), it seems that Ntreev Soft is the right development team to purchase in order to develop a baseball MMO. Ntreev Soft currently has a baseball MMO (Pro Baseball Manager) under its belt, not forgetting Pangya (golf) and Alicia (horse riding) as well. More news to follow as the takeover talks continue.
