Firefall: Red 5 and Webzen Enter Legal Dispute Posted: 30 Jun 2011 07:54 AM PDT According to a pair of press release statements, global publisher Webzen and Red 5 have entered into legal wrangling centered around the development and publication of Firefall. Red 5 Studios has filed for arbitration against Webzen for "alleged breach of obligations" and is seeking to recoup $5 million. Webzen has responded by saying that it has more than fulfilled its obligations and vigorously denies the allegations. |
Final Fantasy XIV: Auto Attack Reform Posted: 30 Jun 2011 07:44 AM PDT Final Fantasy XIV devs have put up a new article featuring a look at upcoming changes to the Auto Attack System. Among other reforms, the most compelling is the removal of the stamina system in favor of the overhauled auto attack feature. Devs have detailed how those changes will be implemented in the next patch as well as subsequent patches. |
General: Rusty Hearts to Show at Anime Expo Posted: 30 Jun 2011 07:38 AM PDT Perfect World Entertainment has announced that it will be showcasing Rusty Hearts, one of the latest additions to the PWE MMO portfolio of games, at this year's Anime Expo in Los Angeles. The Expo will be held on July 1-3. Game producer Rusty Hill will be on hand to answer fan questions as well as live stream a demo of the game. In addition, fans have the chance to win an awesome package of prizes. |
