This group is a faction that has come up rarely since Legion's launch but is one of the required exalted faction prerequisites for flying set to be introduced in a later update. While four quests are required to complete an emissary quest, only two Kirin Tor quests came up throughout the weekend (one a brand new quest and came up twice), one of which was broken. |
