Immune: Removing The Barrier - Game Now F2P Posted: 02 Jul 2016 03:40 AM PDT Vidiludi Games has announced that its catroon survival MMO Immune has now gone free-to-play on Steam where it is currently in early access. Developers hope that this will increase server population without any barriers to entry. Players can still support continued development of the game by purchasing keys to open cases which contain cosmetic items. |
Overwatch: Heroic Fan Memorialized In Game For Act of Bravery Posted: 02 Jul 2016 03:19 AM PDT A Chinese fan looking forward to the release of Overwatch was sadly killed during an altercation with a criminal the night before the game release. Wu Hongyu witnessed the theft of a classmate's motorcycle and chased the perpetrator on his own. The two crushed and sadly Hongyu died from his injuries. |

Diablo 3: Need a Job? Blizzard Hiring Diablo Series Game Director Posted: 01 Jul 2016 02:59 PM PDT It seems that this year's Blizzcon may have some good news for fans of the Diablo series with the new job posting on the corporate site that seeks a Game Director. The project is considered an "unannounced project - Diablo. It is fascinating, however, to wonder where the current(?) Diablo 3 game director, Josh Mosqueira, is and whether or not he's still with the company. |

During battle, players will be able to grab Serpentis pirate salvage that can yield Serpentis-themed ships, skins and implants. |

General: Vampyr: A Grim ARPG With Tangible Consequences Posted: 30 Jun 2016 03:23 PM PDT One of the more intriguing games I saw at E3 this year was Vampyr, a "semi-open world" action RPG from Dontnod, the developers of Life is Strange. But don't make the mistake of thinking that Vampyr is going to be full of teenage angst and heart-warming moments of friendship. So far it looks violent, grim, and captivating--despite the fact that I have some pretty big reservations on whether or not it can deliver on everything it promises to. |
General: SPONSORED - Online Turn-Based Tactical ?Shooting Girl? Debuts on Nutaku.com Posted: 30 Jun 2016 03:48 PM PDT Guns, schoolgirls, and world-eating robots: if your first thought is a popular new anime, you wouldn't be too far off. Instead it's Nutaku's Shooting Girl, a turn-based tactical combat game that takes place in a future version of Japan devastated by alien invasion. Locked in a war with spiraling casualties against a superior foe, the remnants of the Japanese government have begun arming teenage 'shooting girls' in a desperate bid to reclaim the city of Tokyo. |
