Blade & Soul: Will PVP Be the Game?s Savior?

As I play in the beta tests for NCSOFT's Blade & Soul western release, I notice a few things. One, the game's still gorgeous despite being three years old. Two, the PVE questing is pretty rote and unmemorable. Three, the combat is probably the best combat in any MMO since TERA. And four... its PVP flagging system seems to make for a game that PVP and PVE fans can get behind.

General: System Shock 3 to Bring Back SHODAN

Over the course of a week, Otherside Entertainment teased out its development of System Shock 3, though data-miners discovered the "secret" long before the reveal was complete. It appears that the iconic SHODAN (and voice actress Terri Brosius) will be making a return to the series and that data-miners were 'mocked' by the AI.

I think I've been a reasonably good boy this year. I mean, there was that one incident with the quaggan, the chocolate sauce, and the Volkswagen, but that was all the way back in March and I'm sure that Tixx has totally forgotten about it...

World of Warcraft: Ronda Rousey Latest Cultural Icon to Be Immortalized in Game

Blizzard is at it again with pop stars that are immortalized in WoW. We already have a pair from the Final Fantasy series, Harris Pilton (Paris Hilton) and now UFC fighter Ronda Rousey will join in the fun when Legion launches and is, in fact, already in the alpha test. Check out the video below where Rousey is portrayed next to the equally famous Mila Kunis, who was a follower introduced in Warlords of Draenor and has picked up stakes to move to Legion as well.

Crowfall: February Brings a Legit Excuse to Destroy ALL!

The next Crowfall testing period is scheduled for February 2016 and will bring both destruction and capture mechanics into the client. Yes, that's right: Players have a license to run rampant destroying the environment as two teams take it to one another for dominance on the battlefield.

ELOA: Elite Lord of Alliance: Level Cap Rises + New Zones, Quest, Achievements & Titles

ELOA has been updated with the big news that the level cap has increased from 30 to 35. With the rise in level cap, players 30+ can find new zones, quests, titles, achievements and more to best fit their new power.

Hi-Rez Studios has announced a new update for Tribes: Ascend. The update has been deployed and includes enough significant changes that all previous purchases have been reverted and all Tribes Gold and XP have been refunded. The update includes three new maps, rebalancing and alteration to Light, Medium & Heavy classes, rebalanced weapons and vehicles and much more.
