ArcheAge: Patron Program and APEX Revealed Posted: 24 Jun 2014 08:14 PM PDT The ArcheAge site has been update with news that many fans of the forthcoming title have been wanting to hear more about. The post details the benefits to becoming a Patron of ArcheAge and indicates that this incarnation is based on Rift's "No Tricks, No Traps" philosophy of free-to-play gaming. Lastly, free players will have a robust game in which to play that does not require any cash output in order to have fun, though some features, including the auction house, are somewhat limited. |

The team further announced that it has secured $130,000 to fund Das Tal's initial development that enables the hiring of additional personnel and to move the game's development to the point where July's alpha can take place. |
Heroes of the Storm: Latest Patch Brings Interesting XP "Trickle " to the Game Posted: 24 Jun 2014 07:44 PM PDT The latest Heroes of the Storm patch has been detailed on the official site. One of the more interesting implementations is that of the "bonus trickle" XP granted to teams identified in matches as the "Underdog". In one example, teams three or more levels behind gain bonus XP each time an enemy hero is killed. Conversely, the team that is ahead receives reduced XP for killing their opponent's heroes. |

Called "Nightmare Tide", the expansion was detailed in the latest State of the Game letter. Players will be taken to the Plane of Water where they will find open zones, a new rift type, an increased level cap and more. Nightmare Tide is expected to launch later in 2014. |
