Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor: The Bright Lord Q&A Posted: 19 Feb 2015 04:38 AM PST Monolith recently announced a brand new DLC for Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor. Called "The Bright Lord", the DLC will allow players to take on the role of Celebrimbor, wielder of a Ring, and a worthy opponent to wrest control from Sauron. The campaign will feature ten new missions, the chance to face off against Sauron and a new Challenge mode. We wanted to find out more and had the opportunity to interview the team. Guild Wars 2: An Exclusive Preview of the Revenants Skills Posted: 18 Feb 2015 03:14 PM PST We were able to chat with ArenaNet's Roy Conacher and Jon Peters this week about the 9th and newest profession for Guild Wars 2, The Revenant. Debuting briefly at PAX South, with more details being released over the course of this week, the Rev (as I like to call him) is unlike any of the other Heavy Professions in Guild Wars canon so far. |

General: The Top Superhero MMOs of All Time Posted: 17 Feb 2015 09:10 PM PST The superhero, or comic book-based MMO, is a subgenre that simply hasn't gotten enough love through the years. There are hardly even enough games out there to even populate this list! Still, I thought it would be fun this week to highlight the experiences that are on offer and also talk about my hopes for the future in this area. |

Elder Scrolls Online: What Will DLC Be Like? Posted: 17 Feb 2015 02:53 PM PST With a month to go before The Elder Scrolls Online morphs into a buy to play game under the mouthful of a new title The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, there is now more info on how things will work after the switch. When the switch was announced, and the buy to play option with future DLC (included for subscribers or available for purchase) made known, there were still some pressing questions left with regards to just what this might entail. |
Neverwinter: Minsc & Boo Return - Elemental Evil Release Announced Posted: 17 Feb 2015 03:10 PM PST Cryptic Studios and Perfect World Entertainment have announced that the next Neverwinter module, Elemental Evil, will be released on March 17th. Doubtless overshadowing this good news is the fact that the ever-popular Minsc and Boo, the ranger and his giant hamster sidekick from the Baldur's Gate series, will be assisting players on their journey by educating them about the Elemental Evil cults. |
