| Black Desert Online: Real Life Strikes Posted: 08 May 2016 10:31 AM PDT Having had a very busy week I've not once logged into Black Desert Online. My time has been short and when I did want to go on the computer recreationally I wanted something immediate. In many ways I'm grateful that Black Desert Online is Buy to Play so that I don't feel pressured to log in. On the other hand, I still feel somewhat anxious when I don't. Years of a gear treadmill or handing over for a subscription fee tends to have that effect.     |
| World of Warcraft: Blood Elf Starter Zone, Quel'Thalas, Restored by WoW Fan Posted: 09 May 2016 07:22 AM PDT World of Warcraft fan and YouTube videographer has posted a new work in which he restores the Blood Elf starting zone, Quel'Thalas. It's a very early work in progress but shows what the area might have looked like prior to the Scourge invasion. WoW players have been calling for the restoration of Stormwind park which will take place in Legion and others have similarly called for the repair of Silvermoon and the surrounding areas. Time will tell if it will ever happen. Regardless, check it out!   |

In addition, combat balance, an improved UI and more polish to movement abilities are now live via the patch.   |

In the first, the entire trailer is shown solely with in-game character and environmental assets, the second shows the released trailer compared to the game-created trailer. Enjoy!   |
| World of Warcraft: Listen to a Piece of the Warcraft Movie Soundtrack Posted: 08 May 2016 04:18 PM PDT Duncan Jones has released a two-minute segment of the Warcraft movie soundtrack, this portion composed by Ramin Djawadi. The untitled composition has a very "orc-ish" and militaristic sound to it, perhaps masses of the Horde moving through the Dark Portal? What do you think?   |

Called Gnomework, the content expansion will feature several all new quest lines that send players on discovery missions in a classic choose-your-own adventure story.   |
| General: Starmourn Updated With Human Race Lore Posted: 08 May 2016 04:38 AM PDT Starmourn, a new MUD in development for release in 2017, has been updated with a new lore article to reveal the backstory for the human race. It features a character named Captain Maddox and a military group called Omega Company.   |
